Deliciously easy no-bake granola bars made with simple ingredients like: peanut butter, rolled oats, walnuts, hemp hearts & dark chocolate chips. No food processor required. All you need are the ingredients, a bowl, a pan & your fridge.

Hey, I'm Aleyda, and I am glad you're here! I like to share deliciously nourishing eats that are mostly gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free. My recipes are approachable, mostly involve one-bowl and all real food, seasonal ingredients. I live in Toronto with my three munchkins; who keep my hands busy and my heart pretty full.
