Classic Fattoush Salad

Fattoush is one of the most refreshing and flavorful Middle Eastern Salads you ever did try. It’s made with fresh romaine, tomatoes, radishes, mint, parsley, and Persian cucumbers. To take it over the top, it’s tossed and topped with crispy pita croutons and the most simple lemon and olive oil-based vinaigrette with a hint of sweetness from pomegranate molasses and runny honey- the latter completely optional. You’re going to love the simplicity, the marriage of flavors, and that freshness-feel in every single bite. Perfect for hot summer days, or year-round. Bring this different salad to your next potluck or barbecue and watch it disappear.

Avocado, Corn and Tomato Salad!

Every so often, salad inspo hits hard and the outcome surpasses even your own humble expectations. Growing up, we used to eat a lot of fresh corn, avocados (on the daily) AND ginormous and juicy tomatoes… but somehow; we never chopped them all together and threw them into a bowl along with some dynamite dressing that complemented the flavors perfectly! This salad is bold, packed with texture, easy to assemble and offers the best of summer all in one bowl.

Tabbouleh Panzanella Salad

If you are a fan of classic Mediterranean Tabbouleh, you’re doing to L-O-V-E this Panzanella version! Have you even heard about a Panzanella salad? It originated in Tuscany, Italy (of all pretty places) and it consists of bread, tomatoes, cucumber and other seasonal vegetables. I am convinced the salad originated as a way to effectively use leftover, stale bread instead of throwing it away.  You use good quality extra virgin olive oil and vinegar (or lemon) and I personally like it when the bread is soaked in the vinaigrette; much like croutons would in traditional salad.
